Production Releases
The University of Texas at Austin’s Radio/Television/Film Department has easily downloadable production releases on their website. The most commonly used ones are all there including the ever popular Actor Release and Location Release and then there are those less frequently used, yet important nonetheless, like the Weapons Policy.
