Media Rights has a nice little article series happenin’ on on their website called, Short List. The series interviews filmmakers and leaders in the film community asking them to create a list of films inspire them. The current entry features Nancy Buirski, the founder of the Full Frame Documentary Festival. In the interview Nancy discusses the importance of film, why she started the Full Frame Festival and talks about some of her favorite documentaries. It’s an interesting read and I hope to be able to add some of her recommendations to the Library @ NW Doc in the near future.
